Strawberry Basil Rosé Spritz
Ingredients — Per Glass

3 oz Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé, chilled

1 oz strawberry puree or muddled fresh strawberries

½ oz fresh lemon juice
-
½ oz simple syrup
-
Splash of sparkling water

Fresh strawberries, lemon wheel, and basil for garnish
Directions
Add strawberry puree, lemon juice, and simple syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake lightly, then strain into a wine glass filled with ice. Top with Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé and a splash of sparkling water. Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon, and basil.
Island Blaze Peach Mango Sprintz
Ingredients — Per Glass

3 oz Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango, chilled

1 oz mango nectar

½ oz fresh lime juice
-
½ oz agave or simple syrup
-
Small pinch of chili powder or tajín

Optional: ½ oz tequila or white rum

Chili-salt rim, peach slice, mango cube, lime wheel, and mint for garnish
Directions
Rim a large wine glass with lime and chili-salt. Fill with ice. Add mango nectar, lime juice, agave, and optional tequila or rum. Stir gently. Top with Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango. Garnish with peach, mango, lime, and mint.
Berry Rosé Garden Fizz
Ingredients — Per Glass

1 oz mixed berry juice or berry puree

½ oz fresh lemon juice

½ oz elderflower syrup or simple syrup

Splash of club soda

Raspberries, blackberries, lemon twist, and mint for garnish
Directions
Add berry juice or puree, lemon juice, and syrup to a shaker with ice. Shake gently and strain into a coupe or wine glass. Top with Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé and a splash of club soda. Garnish with berries, lemon twist, and mint.
Peach Mango Rooftop Spritz
