From fireside sippers to holiday party punch bowls, these fall & winter cocktails showcase Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé, Sparkling Peach Mango, and our signature C.R.E.A.M. cocktail in new, creative ways.
Cranberry Rosé Noel

Ingredients (per glass):
3 oz Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé
chilled 1 oz cranberry juice
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup (or honey syrup) 2–3 drops aromatic bitters
Fresh rosemary sprig & few cranberries (garnish)
Directions:
In a shaker with ice, add cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters.
Shake until chilled, then strain into a coupe or flute.
Top with Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé. Garnish with a lightly “clapped” rosemary sprig (smack it once in your palm to release aroma) and a few floating cranberries.
Peach Mango Midnight Punch

Ingredients (serves 6–8):

1 bottle Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango

well chilled 1 cup chilled spiced apple cider
-
½ cup white rum or light tequila (optional, for extra kick)
-
½ cup orange juice
-
¼ cup fresh lime juice
-
¼ cup simple syrup (adjust to taste)
-
1 orange, thinly sliced
-
1 lime, thinly sliced
-
1 small apple,
-
thinly sliced Handful of pomegranate seeds or cranberries
-
Ice block or large ice cubes
Directions:
-
In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine apple cider, rum/tequila , orange juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.

Stir well.
-
Add sliced fruit and pomegranate seeds/cranberries.
-
Chill for at least 30 minutes. Just before serving, add ice and gently
-
top with Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango.

Give it a light stir and ladle into glasses with some fruit in each.
C.R.E.A.M. Velvet Nightcap

Ingredients (per glass)

1½ oz Six19 Black C.R.E.A.M.
-
1 oz coffee liqueur or cold brew concentrate
-
1 oz half-and-half or oat milk (for non-dairy)
-
½ oz vanilla syrup or simple syrup (to taste)
-
Freshly grated nutmeg or cocoa powder (garnish)
Directions
-
Add C.R.E.A.M., coffee liqueur/cold brew, half-and-half/oat milk, and syrup to a shaker with ice.
-
Shake vigorously until frothy and well chilled.
-
Strain into a chilled coupe or small rocks glass (over a single cube if you prefer).

Garnish with a light dusting of nutmeg or cocoa.
Winter Orchard Rosé Sangria

Ingredients (serves 4–6)

1 bottle Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé, chilled
-
½ cup apple brandy or cognac
-
1 cup pear or white grape juice
-
1 small apple, thinly sliced
-
1 small pear, thinly sliced
-
½ cup red grapes, halved
-
1 cinnamon stick
-
2 star anise (optional)
-
Ice
Directions
-
In a pitcher, add apple brandy/cognac, pear/white grape juice, sliced fruit, cinnamon stick, and star anise. Stir and chill for at least 1 hour.

Fill glasses with ice.

Just before serving, top the pitcher with Six19 Black Sparkling Rosé and stir gently.

Pour into glasses, making sure each gets some fruit.
Fireside Peach Mango Spritz

Ingredients (per glass)

3 oz Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango, chilled
-
1 oz aperitif (Aperol-style or bitter orange liqueur)
-
1 oz spiced apple cider
-
½ oz fresh lemon juice
-
Orange slice & cinnamon stick for garnish
Directions

Fill a large wine glass with ice.
-
Add the aperitif, spiced cider, and lemon juice. Stir once.
-
Top with Six19 Black Sparkling Peach Mango.

Garnish with an orange slice and a cinnamon stick.
C.R.E.A.M. Bootlegger’s Old Fashioned

Ingredients (per glass)
-
2 oz Six19 Black C.R.E.A.M.
-
¼ oz brown sugar or demerara syrup
-
2 dashes aromatic bitters
-
1 dash orange bitters (optional)
-
Orange peel
-
1 brandied cherry (optional)
-
Large ice cube
Directions
-
In a mixing glass, add C.R.E.A.M., brown sugar syrup, and bitters with ice.
-
Stir until well chilled and slightly diluted.
-
Strain over a large ice cube in a rocks glass.
-
Express an orange peel over the drink (twist to release oils), then drop it in.
-
Garnish with a brandied cherry if desired.
